As with our Stand Up Paddleboarding lessons, water safety and marine awareness are covered at the beginning of each lesson.

| Water safety | We offer basic safety instructions, including understanding how riptides are formed and how to get out of one. Surfing etiquette (do's and don'ts) is also covered. |
| Marine life awareness | We explain how to deal with a variety of sea creatures from Stingrays to Jellyfish before every lesson. |
| Basic beginner techniques |
We teach you all the basics, including paddling and standing techniques that are taught in our classroom on a soft surfboard. |
| Advanced Lessons |

As needed, a review of Water Safety and Marine Life Awareness are covered. Each lesson is customized for the individual students' skills and specific goals. |
